Our Staffing Options

Project-based Staffing
Consultants are available across multiple technologies to assist with short- and long-term project-based work and are engaged initially to assist with the engineering and design of the client’s solution and remain engaged through the completion of the installation.

Augmented Staffing
Consultants are engaged on-site to augment the client’s current IT support staff to assist either in a short-term or long-term capacity. Guna has 10 full-time recruiters who work with the client to assess their staffing requirements and search our extensive database to match client needs with the appropriate IT talent.

Permanent Hire
If a client chooses, we can also recruit resources to be placed at a client site as a full-time staff member. Our recruiting team applies the same diligence in searching for full-time staff for our clients.
